Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Polyxeni Hotel Apartments, where the culinary experience played a significant role in my visit. Located just a minute's walk from the beach, this hotel puts you in close proximity to various dining options, including the charming Nama Tavern Restaurant and the acclaimed Puesta Oyster Bar and Grill, ensuring ample choices for any palate. One evening, I decided to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, where I was treated to a thoughtfully curated menu. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. I opted for a fresh seafood dish accompanied by a refreshing drink from the bar, which beautifully complemented the meal. While my stay was pleasant overall, I believe the breakfast could benefit from a buffet-style offering. It felt rather basic for the price point, but the overall experience in both dining and lodging was enjoyable.
